Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a skilled Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join school districts in Tallahassee, FL, for the 20252026 school calendar year. This full-time, contract role is perfect for clinicians passionate about supporting bilingual students communication needs.

Pay Rate: Starting at $47/hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct bilingual speech and language assessments in English and Spanish

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored for bilingual students

Provide direct therapy services addressing bilingual communication needs

Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with IDEA and Florida state regulations
Federal and Florida State Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution

Valid Florida Professional Certificate in Speech-Language Pathology

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
-
Demonstrated bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Completion of required background screenings (FDLE, FBI)

Authorization to work legally in the United States
